Update your GPS with new software, new maps and red light and speed photo camera locations (part 5)

In this new video series, Carey Holzman shows you how to take a brand new Garmin Nuvi 360 GPS from new-in-the-box, and download free updates to its operating software and voices, get a free (if you qualify), load the GPS with every fixed-location red light and speed camera in the United States and Canada as well as load custom audio alerts that will play when you’re within a specific proximity of said alerts, and finally, show you how to change the vehicle that appears on the GPS to one of your choosing. This is done in a simple to follow, step-by-step process that Carey is famous for.

so you can only update the maps for free just once?

@ghostblind69 If you buy a new Garmin router, and you register it and your map is out of date, Garmin will guarentee that any new (not refurbished) Garmin GPS will have the latest map. If it doesn’t, Garmin will offer it to you when you register the GPS. After that, any future map updates you’ll have to pay for or you can purchase a lifetime subscription which means you pay for it once and you get maps up to four times a year at no additional cost for the life of THAT device only.
