so you can only update the maps for free just once?
@ghostblind69 If you buy a new Garmin router, and you register it and your map is out of date, Garmin will guarentee that any new (not refurbished) Garmin GPS will have the latest map. If it doesn’t, Garmin will offer it to you when you register the GPS. After that, any future map updates you’ll have to pay for or you can purchase a lifetime subscription which means you pay for it once and you get maps up to four times a year at no additional cost for the life of THAT device only.
